Her WikiTree entry has Joseph, 14 Aug 1707 in Norwalk. The Norwalk Barbour Record entry has "Joseph, m. Mary Wood, d. John, of Stamford, Aug 14, 1707," citing LR4, 1.

She is also listed as Wood in the St. John Genealogy, p. 9: "Joseph (Deacon), b. Apl 1, 1680, d. in N., Nov. 23, 1760; m. Aug 14, 1707, Mary Wood, who d. June 2, 1736, dau. of John Wood."

There certainly was a Mary Weed who married a Lockwood because she was listed in her mother Mary (Strickland?) (Weed) Firman's will in 1714. I have not researched to see if there was a Mary Wood, dau. of John Wood, who married a Lockwood.1
