Biography

Research NoteWilliam S. Lesh was evidently a local historian, and closely involved with the development of records for the Monroe County Historical Society.

His brother John Andrew Lesh married Ora Nabring (both now buried at Kellersville Methodist Church Cemetery). Mrs. Ora Lesh was the person who supplied the information on the Northampton County Lesh family to William W. Lesh for his Lesh/Loesch family history in 1912.

It would be worthwhile to spend some time searching the Pocono Record archives, because there are many mentions of William S. Lesh, and other Lesh family members.
