| Obituary | 5 November 1983 | 5 November 1983, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Morning Call Obituary:. Mrs. Cleda V. Pyatt, 68. of 75 Sitgreaves St., Phillipsburg, died Thursday in Warren Hospital. Her husband, Frederick S. Pyatt, died in 1953.
She worked in the transformer department of Magnetic Windings Co., Palmer Township, for 24 years until retiring in 1980.
Born in Mannington, W. Va., she was a daughter of the late Howard and Maggie (Effaul) Watson.
Surviving are two sons, Howard "Zeke" and Roy, both of Phillipsburg; severn daughters, Jane of Van Nuys, Calif., Mrs. Charlotte Pugh of Whitehall Township, Mrs. Virginia Allen of Bremerton, Wash., Mrs. Stella Price, Frances and Mrs. Alberta Black, all of Phillipsburg, and Joyce, with whom she resided; two sisters, Mrs. Irene Long of Mannington and Mrs. Helen Hinchley of East Gary, Ind., a brother Robert of Ohio, and 14 grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 pm Monday in the Rupell Runeral Home, Phillipsburg. Calling hours will be Sunday evening. |
