Obituary25 March 192625 March 1926, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Morning Call Obituary:. Mrs. Mary Anna Kemmerer, widow of David J. Kemmerer, died suddenly at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James M. Raub, 1544 Northampton street, Easton, shortly before 2:15 o"clock Tuesday afternoon from heart trouble. She was in her 79th year. The lifeless body of Mrs. Kemmerer was found in the kitchen of the home by her son-in-law, James M. Raub.

Her death came as a complete shock to the members of her family. She had been about the home Tuesday performing numerous chores and had not complained of feeling ill.

Mrs. Kemmerer was born in Germany, but had resided in Easton and Wilson borough practically all her life. Besides the daughter with whom she resided, she is survived by two sons, Wilson and Charles Kemmerer, of Easton, and three stepsons, David, of Stockertown; Elmer of Cadiz, Ohio, and Willis Kemmerer, of Pittsburgh. She was a member of St. Mark's Reformed church, Easton.
