Biography

ChildParent1
Birthbetween 1746 and 1749Andrew Moser was born between 1746 and 1749 in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.2,3
Marriage6 September 1774He and Maria Magdalena Biegen were married on 6 September 1774 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania,4,5
Religion (fam)4 November 1775He was listed in the church Communicants register. on 4 November 1775 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 330 Ferry Street, in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.6
Census1800He appeared in the census 1800 in Williams Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Andrew is listed as: as 1 male under 10, 1 male 10-14, 2 males 16-25, 1 male over 45, 2 females under 10, 1 female over 45. This fits very well with his family:
Paul 7
George 11
Fred 17
Andreas 20
Margaret and another little girl under 107
Census1810Andrew appeared on the census of in 1810 in Upper Milford Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. In 1812, Lehigh County was split off from Northampton, and this became part of Lehigh County.

This is the only Andrew Moser I can find in 1810. Consulting Anita Mott's book, I don't see any other Andrews of the correct age. I think the entry says Andrew Moser, Sr.

1 male 10-15, 1 male 16-25, 1 male 45+. 1 female under 10, 2 females 16-25, 1 female 45+.

For Paul I have a birthdate of about 1793, but it may have been 1795, so he would fall into the 10-15 category. George was about 21, and not married until 1812. I don't know about the female under 10. Margaret was 19, and the female who was under 10 in the 1800 census may be the other in 16-25.8
Sponsor (fam)23 November 1817On 23 November 1817 in Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, Andrew was. sponsors for the baptism of a child of Robert and Elizabeth Trapel, who had been born 5 Sep 1817. The child's name is not listed in the church register.9
